Phase 3 Registrations opening on 11-Dec-2018 at 12:00 PM IST

Package includes:

  • Stay for 3 days and 3 nights (starting at 11:00 a.m. on 1st Feb and ending at 10:00 a.m. on 4th Feb)

  • 8 meals (starting from Dinner on 1st Feb till Breakfast on 4th Feb). Pay-and-go Snacks counters will be available at the venue which is not part of the package. This will be useful for those coming early on 1st Feb.
    NOTE: Mewar Castle Heritage room & suite accommodation option will come with complementary Breakfast directly from the hotel management.

  • Rights to participate in all events and activities (based on availability, feasibility & of course - conditions apply).

  • Entry to Rock Show and DJ event

Please read the below information carefully:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Proxy not allowed. Entry will be allowed only to the authorized person whose name and other details are mentioned against each ticket order.

  • In order to club participants under one accommodation (E.g., you need all 5 members of your club under the same Swiss Tent - 5 sharing), you can make multiple purchases using the same email address.

  • No discount on bulk booking.

  • Early bird prices are on discounted rate. The next slots may have a higher fees.

Registration FAQs

What are the different payment options?

There are 2 ways you can make the payment:

Online

We have tied up with RazorPay through which you can make payment online using your credit card, debit card, netbanking, UPI, wallets etc.  It will work just like how the online normal shopping is done through Amazon or Flipkart.

However, each transaction will attract 2% of additional payment gateway fees that will be added to your registration fees total.  This fee goes to RazorPay.

Offline

Choose this option to transfer payment through UPI system - BHIM, Google Pay, PayTM UPI, PhonePe UPI, BharatPe, or any other bank specific UPI device. Payment instructions will be provided once you checkout.

Process -

Once the order has been placed, please note down your order number. Open your UPI payment app like BHIM, Google Pay, PayTM UPI, PhonePe UPI, BharatPe, or any other bank specific UPI device, enter the exact amount that appears in the final checkout value.

Offline payment mode does not have any payment gateway fees.

Can I do bulk booking for my club members?

Yes, but not through backdoor methods.  Please do not approach any BOBMC or IBRMC member to handover bulk registrations amount.  All bulk orders should be processed through online registration form only.

One person can do booking for their club members. They will have to fill 1 form at a time putting all the required information of the participant. Each form can be stored in the cart (by clicking Add to cart) and a bulk checkout can be done for all the forms stored.

The reason we are not giving an option to select multiple quantities of tickets is because each registration ticket need to have participant's details separately recorded.

How are you grouping participants under specific accommodation type?

The group will be done based on the below priority pattern - the top most being the highest.

  1. All registrations received by one login ID under one Order ID.  That means, if one person has booked 5 slots for 5 sharing Swiss Tents under one order ID, they will be clubbed together.
  2. Registrations for couples (with or without kids)
  3. All registrations received for same club. Depending on the accommodation type, if needed, female participants will be clubbed together first.  This is highly subjective and it's club's call
  4. Individual registrations received for individual or Solo riders will be clubbed randomly.  No preferences here.

What is the arrangement of Toilets?

Swiss tents and Dorms have attached toilet and bathroom.

Pitch A Tent option will have sufficient number of Toilets and bathrooms build up separately.  We are trying to achieve a ratio 1 toilet per 8 participants.

Toilets will be equipped with running water and privacy will of highest priority.

Separate toilets for Male and Female will be available.

We are hiring additional house keeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

How many phases of bookings can we expect and when?
  • 1st Phase - 12th November – Early Bird (reduced rate)
  • 2nd Phase – As soon as the 1st Phase is sold out
  • 3rd Phase – As soon as the 2nd Phase is sold out
  • Gate-crashing – Depends.  We are open for it in case we have open slots.  This is too early to say anything about this.
Parking area - for RE and non RE bikes & cars

Separate parking space for RE and non RE bikes & 4 wheeler.

Security personnel will be guarding the parking area round the clock.
